Q. Are you allowed to administer medicines if my child is not well?
A, Yes if the medicine is prescribed by a doctor, dentist or pharmacist and the child's name is on the label. All administered medicine is logged and witnessed at the designated times.
Q. Can I send someone else to collect my child if I am not available?
A. Yes, but you must inform us before your child is collected or place them on the child's approved collection list.
Q. Do you invite carers / parents on outing etc?
A. Yes, parents and carers can join us on all activities.
Q. How do I pay fees?
A. Through the bank or cash, weekly, two weekly or 4 weekly.
Q. My child is toilet training, will he/she get help in the pre-school?
A. Yes, staff will work with you to help your child stay dry and they will advise you on suitable clothing and routines.
