Management and Staff
All staff at Hurley Pre-School are DBS and referenced-checked and a have a variety of qualifications, which are all relevant to childcare including, NVQ Level in Childcare and Education, Learning an Development, Qualified Childminders. BTEC Diploma in Childcare and Education. Foundation Degree in Early Years Education and Childcare.
Our exceptional staff teams include members from diverse backgrounds and having a diverse team enhances children's learning experience as well as reflecting the diversity in their local community. Our nursery team is fortunate to have very motivated staff with a very low turnover. All our staff are caring, friendly and approachable which enables children and parents to build strong relationships, which is key to your child's progression.
All our staff are recruited through a safe recruitment system. They all hold the relevant quailifications and go through enhanced DBS checks. We also have a good ratio of qualified First Aiders at the school. see below.

Working with children and their Parents
Hurley Pre-school offers parents and carers the opportunity to visit Hurley Pre-School and ask any questions they feel necessary. All children have differing needs during the settling-in process, and our staff will discuss these with you to ensure that your child is happy in their new surroundings. Our nurseries policies and procedures are available to parents and carers on request, and we encourage consultation and comment in order to enhance the care and education provided by our qualified carers staff and management.
